How did you fall in love with photography?
I just wanted to show the beauty what I saw.
How important is having a unique style as a photographer? How would you describe your style?
You are absolutely right that a photographer needs his own style. But I would just die of boredom if shooting in the same style all the time.
Where did you grow up? How have your roots influenced your sense of style?
I grew up in a small town. But it is hardly possible to claim that now I am the one who was at that time:) Because my views have changed throughout my life. I think that for photographer it is more important not where you live, but where you make photos.
What advice would you give to aspiring photographers out there?
To become a super photographer, aspiring photographers need to do only three things. The first is to learn photography. The second is to take a lot of pictures. And the main thing is to think what exactly do you want to show!
Have you ever run out of ideas?
Of course not! I have another problem. Where I can take so much time, to do all those projects, that I planned.
How do you find places and models for your shootings?
Essentially I take a lot of effort to find a good location or a nice model for shootings. Of course luck plays a part, but it won’t show up unless I search hard.
What’s the one piece of photo gear you couldn’t live without?
I have the latest model of the camera. If my camera is all right, I can’t imagine my shootings unless I have a good tripod.
Do you edit your photos? If yes, which programs do you use?
I use only Lightroom. I’m not using Photoshop.
