How did you fall in love with photography?

at school, working with my boyfriend on a random project, taking shots of him made me think that, thats what i wanna do for a living

How important is having a unique style as a photographer? How would you describe your style?

Each photographer has his own point of view, some are more about portraits, other get more inspired by clothes or emotions. I would say that i’m more a beauty photographer, i love catching the feelings behind the models eyes.

Where did you grow up? How have your roots influenced your sense of style?

i grow up in tunis, but i don’t think that i have been influenced by my roots, but more about what i see in films, tv shows or pinterest 🙂

What advice would you give to aspiring photographers out there?

To take their camera an explore what’s around them, they may find inspiration behin the simplest things

Have you ever run out of ideas?

Sometimes it happens yes, but i doesn’t last.. And when i don’t find ideas i try to look somewhere else, not focus ans it..and the inspirations reappears

How do you find places and models for your shootings?

All places could be a good spot, it depends on where and how you looking at it, it can goes from an empty room, a room hotel, a coffee in Sidi Bou Said, or just a studio.. For models, i pick them from instagram, of even the street 🙂 I’m always looking for a news faces

What’s the one piece of photo gear you couldn’t live without?

My 50mm 1.4 Lens

Do you edit your photos? If yes, which programs do you use?

Yes, in general i use photoshop for the retouche and lightroom for the editing
