How did you fall in love with modeling?
It was never my plan to become a model/actor. I played football my whole life and when my career was over I didn’t really know which direction in life I wanted to go. The woman I was dating at the time had suggested that I get into modeling and helped me pursue my first audition. I booked the gig and It was a national commercial so they took extremely good care of me Onset as well as created an awesome experience all around. It was at this moment that I fell in love with modeling /acting.
How were you discovered?
Through constant hard work and social media
What’s one of the most interesting shoots that you’ve done?
Any of the magazine publications but an all time high was filming for Straight outta Compton
How would you define your personal style?
Athletic. For the most part when I’m not working or Onset I like to be comfortable in some gym shorts and a cutoff
Where did you grow up? How have your roots influenced your sense of style?
Colorado Springs Colorado. I think being an athlete my whole life carried over into my style and comfort level
Who is your style icon and why?
Don’t really have one. As long as I’m comfortable, I’m happy
Who is your favorite photographer and why?
Joel Grimes. I’ve worked with him on several different occasions and the end product is always breath taking
What advice would you give to aspiring models out there?
Be prepared to hear no. There’s thousands of clients and until you build your brand your not going to fit everyone’s mold. The more you influence and make your brand know. The more yes’s you will accumulate
Do you edit your own photos? If yes, which programs do you use?
Yes. Lightroom.
