How did you fall in love with modeling?
From first sight)) in fact I started modeling just like a hobby and one day I didn’t even realized it at that time , it became a very serious business for me.
How were you discovered?
I took a part at beuty model contest in Russia where I was discovered by my first agent.
What’s one of the most interesting shoots that you’ve done?
It was in Austria. The shooting was for one German sport brand. And I have to pretend that I’m a professional mountain climber, what in fact I’ve never done in my life.:) so I had to climbed in the Alps, literally on the top of the mountain. I would call myself brave enough in terms of that a whole this situation didn’t freak me out but on the contrary – I focused, concentrated and just did it. I’m always up to a new , fun adventures. I can’t say it wasn’t scary.. it definitely was! But besides that it was a fantastic and exciting experience. And by today it is one of the most remarkable memories for me.
How would you define your personal style?
My style depends on my mood. And my mood sometimes keep changing 5 times a day.. And yes, that means I can change clothes 5 times for one day. It can be classic, sporty, elegant, casual, sexy. I don’t have one particular style, but my favorite is whatever makes me feel faminine.
Where did you grow up? How have your roots influenced your sense of style?
I’m Russian and I raised in Russia. Since 18 years old I’ve been traveling a lot and this about that age when you are in the process of searching your own style.. But I know exactly what have had influenced me by russian culture – to be feminine. Russian women are very feminine and always look great no matter what.
Who is your style icon and why?
My mom. She always have, she always will.
Who is your favorite photographer and why?
Alessandro Dal Buoni. You can find unmistakable softness and grace in his works.
What advice would you give to aspiring models out there?
Always believe in yourself, don’t take to close to your heart everything what’s going on, what people say. Modeling is a taugh business, people sometimes hurt you very much by saying something rude about your look, your body, your appearance. Just be honest with yourself, believe in what you are doing and do it.
Do you edit your own photos? If yes, which programs do you use?
Yes, almost all photos on my Instagram I edit myself. My favorite apps are VSCO, Snapseed, Facetune.
