Tonya Golovach is a beautiful model from Kyiv, Ukraine. She is also the finalist of Miss Ukraine 2015. I hope you’ll enjoy the interview;
How did you fall in love with modeling?
I didnt plan to be a model at all as I thought they all are plastic and silly.. I took part in a beauty competition and surprisingly won it and got a model school certificate as one of the presents. Under the pressure of my mom i decided to visit and there i understood that I totally love posing at pictures!! Its all started there 🙂
How were you discovered?
My friend photographer asked me to help her with one underwear shooting. She posted the pics in a popular group and the whole blast of offers crushed on me
What’s one of the most interesting shoots that you’ve done?
I think one was in Switzerland where i was swimming in a super cold mountain lake in a wedding dress to make nice campaign pics! And another was in Armenia where i was acting in a video clip of a singer being a loving girlfriend, getting into a car accident with the real fire, ambulance and hodpital and all kind of effects :)) Like a real movie
How would you define your personal style?
Feminine, trendy with a hint of smile
Where did you grow up? How have your roots influenced your sense of style?
I was born and live in Kyiv. to be honest, i have no idea how my style developed, it all happened so naturally, i dont think about any rules, sometimes i just feel it 🙂
Who is your style icon and why?
Miroslava Duma is a goddess. She combines elegance, comfort and still stays unique.. all her looks are telling some story
Who is your favorite photographer and why?
I don’t think i have a particular one, for me its more about a certain picture or a shoot than a photographer.. We all have our ups and downs
What advice would you give to aspiring models out there?
Don’t try to be someone else, all things in your appearance that seem to you to be wrong couls easily be your specialties!! Be sincere, work hard, have fun, no drama

I do! Its lightroom, snapseed and VSCO
